This notice provides updated information about the Spaceship Universe Portfolio (ARSN 623 321 022) and Spaceship Origin Portfolio (ARSN 623 312 087). It should be read together with the Product Disclosure Statement and Reference Guide for each Fund.

What has changed

From the date of this notice, a new section on the Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRP) will be offered for the Spaceship Universe Portfolio and the Spaceship Origin Portfolio. The DRP is a new opt-in arrangement that allows unitholders of the Spaceship Universe Portfolio and Spaceship Origin Portfolio to elect to have their distributions paid by the issue of additional units in the relevant Fund, rather than paid to their available money in the Spaceship app.

What this means for you

Nothing changes automatically. Unless you actively elect to participate in the DRP through the Spaceship app, your distributions will continue to be paid to your available money in the same way they are today. The DRP is opt-in only.

How to elect

You can elect to participate, or end your participation, at any time through the Spaceship app. For a distribution to be reinvested in a particular financial year, your election must be active at 11:59pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time) on 30 June in that financial year.
